Not receiving alerts

Not sure where to post this (or if there is a contact for Support).... I've added a comment to an old thread but haven't noticed a reply.
So, what's the problem? Well, I haven't received email alerts for well over a year (text alerts don't seem to be supported, if they ever were).
I've verified my email (it's not possible to do so a 2nd time, BTW, unless you switch email addresses, which I've also done) and I don't have more than a single alert for the same location (much as I'd like to - I read ages ago that that could be a problem,not sure if it's now possible to have both wind and wave alerts for precisely because it's the same location...).
My Premium subscription is coming up for renewal, but I can't see renewing it if I don't receive my alerts.
Does Support monitor this forum or is it just a user community?

This forum is a user forum and also the customer support during office hours CEST.
Ok, you set only one parameter for the alert at a location. This is still valid.
Did you press Save button at bottom of the page ?
If you enable Mobile notification, do you get the notification ?
