after launching the iOS app, the forecast model is always set to ECMWF. A long touch on the "house" icon opens the forecast details. Selecting any other fcst model, for instance AROME, is void only as long as the app is not closed. After re-opening, the model is back to ECMWF and not the selected one ...
The account is 'premium', any advice ?

This because you set Last overlay when Radar was displayed over Germany.
You must select Wind for instance over France, set AROME, and change in setting Last overlay until you see Wind AROME as in my screenshot.

thanks for this hint - does not work for me unfortunately.

Last overlay is named "weather radar (DWD)" and after change in setting to 'use last overlay', windy opens still with ECMWF model.

I think, the model setting is not stored in some 'settings profile' of iOS, which is used at startup of windy.

In Settings use Last overlay.

But it does works if you switch to another model… Or to Radar /Satellite…. Or if you open the app with a widget.
