no offence indeed, but that is a layer i will not gluestick on my ballwall,and oslo or bergen norway is expelled
human comfort indexes and fronts and soforth is what we really want first innit?

@Ørjan-P-Stien This sort of thing would be hard to quantify. Global models (GFS, ECMWF, ICON) are not high enough resolution to pick up on urban heat islands. Mesoscale models are, but how do you quantify a UHI over just a valley or some other geographic influence on temperature?
The best way to determine modeled effects to UHI is to switch to a mesoscale model with resolution of 5 km or better and just look for urban areas that are warmer than the surrounding land. With Windy having highly customizable color tables, one could create a color table for temperature tailored to better highlight UHIs in their region.
