Customer support absent?

I wonder why you do not have any customer support email. I have contacted your marketing director on LinkedIn with the simple question about subscription. Absolute silence in response. What is the point of social media accounts then? To be zero responsive? Search for Help page somewhere hidden in Setttings? I think Windy could do better.
And your annual subscription options are utterly confusing. Have you read them, guys?

Linkedin is not one of them and if every person from Windy would communicate to all users who contact them, we wouldn't do anything else.
