Country border lines color change

Black color border lines are in some layers very poorly visible.
I would suggest to make country borders a new layer, so that the color could be changed.
Or is there any other way to change color or "highlight" specific countries?

@nanoener At this moment, we don't offer any specific way how to better visualize borders.
