Hua Hin Radar Not Accurate Anymore

I think the Hua Hin radar is out, and no idea how long before it’s working again. I used to be able to see any rain coming, now I can’t see anything on the radar except north of Phetchaburi and southern PKK. We had a big storm blow through yesterday, and nothing on radar.
Could the Sattahip radar be used for Hua Hin?
