Premium Historical visualisations option

I was sure there was an option recently in Premium where I could look at an area, define the dates and see the weather, rainfall.
Is that correct?

Select the Radar layer and then Archive.
In the mobile app shown here as example you need first to press the 3 dots at bottom right corner.
