<![CDATA[Moving Target Indicator (MTI) for radar; radar prediction]]>I would like to be able to "tag" a leading edge of a radar (rain/snow) and have:

Speed
Direction of travel (degrees true)

I would like the radar image to be "propagated" for up to 3 or 4 hours forward.
(1st order should be easy; 2nd order feasible).
