Weather picker not synch with location forecast

Please see weather picker vs location forecast,
Picker shows clouds 25% while location forecasts shows no clouds at all for all models .. Is this a bug?

So, which one should I take into account? weather picker or the location forecast?
As we are astrophotography group, We travel to far dark locations and need to know the more accurate forecasts, We always depend on Windy, The best app. among others for years.

@Mr-Astro The picker provides more accurate data for exact location, so I would recommend that for your purpose.
