Hail Plugin?

Hi,

I have tried to figure out how to create plugin but using NVM, Visual and svelte is not something I'm familiar that much so my question is simple...
Can someone create Hail plugin which uses Weather radar layer and render only what is over 50dBz?

So far I'm monitoring radar layer and looking for red areas in case of hail, however I think that plugin could be simple but for me is complicated to create.

You can customize the radar color scale if you want to highlight the risk of hail when the reflectivity is above 50 dBz.

By adding a bright red limit at 50dBz

It took me a little bit of time to find where to change color, but it looks really good.
Also I wrote wrong dBZ number, hail is over 55dBZ.
