We need to know how you have set these Alerts. Could you show this setting ?

My question is: could you show a screenshot of your alert settings please (same as my screenshot).

OK with these settings you CANNOT receive a notification / email.
Your settings means that all your conditions must occur at same time i.e. wind AND rain AND snow AND temperature. So there is about not chance to get an alert.
So try to set only ONE condition.

Then when you got the alert with only one parameter setting, you can try to add a second one, for instance wind and cloud cover.
But note that there is no way to set “no rain” and “no snow”, so if you set 1 or 2 mm of rain and 1 or 2 cm of snow, this means the alert will be triggered only if there are these amounts occurring at same time !
I heard that the Alert feature will soon be changed and greatly improved. So stay tuned

You seem to confuse notification and model update.
Have you modified your Alerts as I explained to you?
