Not receiving any notifications on phone

Greetings, I am not sure if this is a premium feature only? But I set up notifications for my location for things such as rain and wind alerts. However, I never receive any notifications. It has been like this for ages on my old phone, and now on new one same issue persists.

Did you set several parameters such as wind, rain, temperature in your alert settings ?
Please could show a screenshot of your alert settings. -

yes I have set several parameters such as wind and rain as low as I could. Still no notifications arrived.

That means you should have both a wind stronger than 10 knots AND a rainfall higher than 3 mm. Did you get these values in ECMWF forecasts ?
You should try first to set only one parameter to test the Alert feature.
And don’t forget to save your settings. -

There is a workaround to set several independent alerts as explained here:

Then you can rename them “Name - wind”, “Name - rain” …. -
