How to set an alarm for conditions without rain?

I like to create an alarm for a location to do watersports and I dislike rain. Cloudy weather is fine though. How would I set the alarm up? Under the rain tab I can only set a minimum amount of percipitation, so setting a maximum of zero percipitation is not possible, it seems.

Any help is appreciated!

There is no way to set a no-rain condition in the Alert feature.
Hope this will be taken into account for the next Alert update.
