      New CC confirmed; Windy always told us that new Credit Card should be replaced.

          Bonjour, J'ai souscrit un abonnement avec une adresse mail mechantillac@gmail.com que j'ai supprimée. J'ai changé pour mechantillac@ecomail.fr (adresse enregistrée dans mon profil Windy). Mais je n'arrive pas à renouveler mon abonnement avec cette adresse. Comment faire ?

              followed the steps described above and once connected on my Windy account, I click on the link "Renew Premium" it send me on a Google page "Découvrir les abonnements" with no link to pay. Tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app :same result. Changed the email adress of my Windy account for echantillac.marcel@gmail.com (and This Google account has a registred payement mode) :same result.
              Have I missed something ?

                  I also have this problem. Can you help?

                  I want to renew the premium but there is no pay button. It keeps directing me to google play subscription where i can't find the windyty app.

                    @NH-Radioman HI, I see you made a purchase last year with Google Play, and there is a certain issue with renewing that Premium. You need to visit your Google Play account and fix this there.

                        @NH-Radioman Unfortunately, I am not able to help you. You have to manage the fix on your own in Google Play or you can wait for complete cancellation and then purchase a new subscription.
