    Using theta-e instead of heat index

      When often use heat index to describe, how body feel temperature. It's often made from temperature and humidity. What will happend if we would use surface theta-e instead of heat index.

      This mean:

      high theta-e = hot
      low theta-e = cold

      Can we do this or heat index is still better?
