Seriously wrong weather reporting

Currently in a thunderstorm that is not showing on the weather map. The time is 8:17 a.m CST, July 13, 2024 and the location is Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. I am paying for a premium subscription and I expect it to work. How can this be fixed?

First of all, Windy does not report the weather. This app displays forecasts from different models. There is a default model, but for stormy events it is advisable to look at higher resolution models like HRRR.
