Unknown signal on the map

Hi there. Does anyone knows about such activ signal on the map with a white flashing point in the center, surrounded with a white circle?

It is your location, is that right ?
This point is displayed when Weather radar is selected. -
@idefix37 No. It is no my location. I use normally the radar mode, because of my work, but never see such activities in a place with no connection of my location or a location I'm looking for weather conditions. In about 30 min from the time when I saw it, it'stoped to flashing. Thank you for answer.

This should work but you need first to enable Windy to use your phone GPS if it is fitted with it -
@idefix37 thanks for help. It was what you suggest something wrong with the GPS on the mobile phone.Now the location symbol is on the proper place.
