Problem with Premium

I recently paid for premium (through PayPal) but not showing on my account or allowing me access to premium features.

I also paid for Premium. But on my screen top right it says "Go Premium"? Tried to use 3D Globe and it tells me I need premium? I have Premium.

I paid for premium on October 20, 2023. When I changed computers I lost premium and when I contacted them they said that they had no record of me having premium. On April 30, 2024 I paid them for premium again. When I did not receive my premium. I contacted them and again they said that they could not find an account with my name on it. So a few days ago I paid the again for premium. This time I reviewed my PayPal account and photographed the three interties from PayPal that showed all three times in the last 9 months that I had given them $18.99. I sent the photos via e-mail to the Windy Support folks and they gave me my premium and refunded me for $18.99. This morning I went to Windy.com and guess what! I NO LONGER HAVE PREMIUM!.
I have sent yet another e-mail, but I am not very hopeful. If you are having problems I would like to recommend Ventusky.com. They are free and in some ways better that Windy. I really miss Intellicast!
