Arrange Layers - Drag and drop to pin on map : does not work

Using my WIN 10 laptop, Google Chrome browser, and logged in as a premiumuseer...I can't pin layer icons to the map for easy access.

Procedure followed:
-Click "more layers" on the map
-Click "Arrange layers" on the sidebar that just opened
-Layers icons are "shaking" to indicate they can be added (the one already pinned does not shake)). Click and drag to the map and the icon now has the Circle with a line (can't do this) placed on the layer and dropping it does not add it to the pinned items. This happens with all the layer icons. None are allowed to be pinned to the map.

Is this feature broken, or is the instruction to dag and drop wrong?

@itsmehoppy Hi, would be possible to provide a short screen recording to see this? Also did you test any other browsers on your device?

I have the same issue You can click the wiggling layer and drag, but it wont paste into list
