WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) will answear on all questions, why you feel hot or cold

I will tell you, what happend in last 2 days. Yesterday morning was in my town 20 degress Celzius and 80% relative humidity. Then during night rain fall down and I feel that is little more cold. When I look at local meterological station and my home weather station, everything was the same. 20 degres Celzius and 80% humidity. I ask myself: "What is going on?"

Now I found the answear. Wet-bulb temperature stay the same, but wet bulb globe decrease. This mean that rain decrease ground temperature but air temperature and humidity stay constant. So, if you want to know, how hot you feel, you need WBGT meter. I found one for 534,29€, so it's not cheap.
