Notifications Not Showing On iOS

Hi, upon receiving a notification of favourable conditions on a particular site, I go into have a look at the notification, I would tap the icon and normally there was a drop down arrow where the notifications would show. However this is not here anymore and I cannot view any notifications. Has anything changed?

If this is happening on a mobile device, can you please specify on which phone is it happening and possibly send a screenshot of which arrow you are missing?
