Lately, I've gotten increasingly annoyed however... by how incredibly slow the animations are. I just timed hitting the play button - and it takes 5 minutes for the animation to complete. I timed it...

Scrolling through the timeline makes for a very choppy animation that is hard to time right, and seems to be heavy on system resources.

I'm curious to what the issue would be to increase performance here. I'm not sure what the thinking could be to make it purposefully slow. I'm getting to the point where I have to use 3 weather apps to understand what the weather could be, because Windy's performance is just so slow.
