Premium failure

Hello, I have ordered premium and yet cannot access any of my premium features. I’ve had premium in the past successfully and loved it but my subscription ran out in May and I only just yesterday tried to subscribe again, which was a failure. Seems a lot of people are having this problem? Bummer. Please refund my order.

@cdyenm Hi, to understand the problem, you have, do you have an issue with connecting the Premium to your account? If you do, please let me know and I can help you with that to assign it.

i/m having same problem and no instructions given have worked. The problem persist, when I press "Go Premium" it says I'm already registered but it does not let me access premium features, it says "WOW it appears that you are offline", this is on a Samsung S24 Ultra, tried also on Ipad Air M2 13". Really like the app but I'm ready for a refund also.
