Android 7 devices to no longer work with Windy

Dear People at Windy,
I am dismayed by your message that says you are going to cut off old Windy users who have old (Android 7) gizmos. As long as my gizmo works for most things, I ain't going to replace it. I think Windy is fantastic and I thank you for putting it up but I can live without it. How does it serve you to not support us geezers with nice, old hardware?
