Prenium renew - two payments

Hi,
When i tried to renew my subscription, I only had one option that let me get to the ''Account Details and Payment Methods'' (piture). I did give a credit card number in hope that it renew my account, but nothing. My account is not in prenium anymore and I feel like I paid a second time for something that I paid at the beginning of the year to get prenium.So, did I paid a second time for the same year or I am supposed to be in prenium, but a bug occured?
Also, I can't come back to the section that asked me to manage my type of payment. Is it normal?Thank you for the reply.

I am having the same problem. I can not find a way to update my payment.
I can't find a number to call either. Someone please help! -
