I set up simple conditions for an alert, both notification and email alert. The conditions keep showing up but no alert happens. Notifications are enabled in iOS

Hi @Chris-Gilling , I will take a look on your alerts.

I see that you don't have active email notifications. Can you please check it again in the alert settings on windy.com?

@Chris-Gilling Your minimum wind settings is still set too high for alerts to trigger. Try to lower it, so that the alerts will trigger.

@nesro no it was set for the appropriate wind level. I saw the wind cross the threshold for a few hours (set to at least 3h, wind was above threshold for ~6h), still no alert

@Chris-Gilling I'm looking at the current values. You have set the threshold to 7 m/s, but the forecasted wind doesn't reach the values.

Can you please show me a screenshot? Does the Windy.com shows you, that some hours in the forecast are triggering this alert?

I had email alerts on with the threshold set to 7m/s. I saw those conditions come up during the specified time for over 3h but didn't get an alert. As a test, I've reduced it to 10kts, which is a common wind speed here but still no alerts. I've checked my junk folder, no alerts on my phone either.
