Smooth wind streamlines animation transitions

I appreciate that there are more and precise data after Windyty updated to v10.
However, the streamlines animation became difficult to see. The "lines" keep respawn again when the forecast time proceeded. The animation seems a bit "laggy" for me. I hope that the animation can be smooth just like the previous version. Thanks a lot.
