Unable to log-in to renew subscription at windy.onfastspring.com

I am getting warning that subscription is about to end and that I need to update payment card info.

I'm trying to log into https://windy.onfastspring.com/account which is the payment provider for Windy, but they are asking
"Please enter the email address associated with this account" where I enter my Windy email address, it proceeds successfully by saying "An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account".. and that is where I get stuck.

The email never arrives and I'm unable to renew my subscription.

Yes I checked Spam and waited 2 hours, yes I'm with a major email provider.

Please advise on fix. Seems like a bad payment system setup and provider.

@lllllllll Hi, did you try to access the subscription management with your email nos***@otogodfrey.com? You made a purchase with that email address in the past.
