      Hi,

      I am trying to re-subscribe to Premium but it fails every time I try.

      Today, the subscribe window just has the loading symbol. I emailed yesterday but have had no reply. Please can you help? Thank you.

            @ChiefTat Hi, our desktop version should be okay now, but there were certain issues with the payment process yesterday. Can you provide any screenshots of the issue?
