      I have been using the service through Windy Premium payment a few days ago.

      I made payment through Google Pay, but I could not check the receipt through email or related app.

      Please check if you can send me the completed payment information via my personal email.

      The reason is to prove the payment details to my company through payment information.

      please answer about my question.

        @jooseok Hi, you made a purchase via Fastspring, so you have to access the subscription management here on this link.

          As mentioned, I verified my account email in advance and sent the information to that email through the link.

          but, Emails sent to that email address are not received.

          Please confirm this situation!

            Additionally, I think it would be a quick way to send a confirmed payment receipt to my personal email.
