From desktop Pro to mobile Pro: where is that Subscription offer window?

Really folks, I can't find this thing anywhere on desktop.
I'm on mac Catalina with a Vivaldi browser.
All this to use my Pro account also on the iphone version, where the "restore purchases" option is refusing. Not so user friendly?

@Piroo What exactly you cannot find on the desktop? I checked your account and you have Premium assigned and it was purchased on the desktop device. Also to be sure, that we talk about the same app. We are Windy.com, with the red logo and our subscription is called Premium, not PRO. Any other Windy with any other colorful icon or design has nothing in common with us.

@Suty Oh my, this looks like a name flipping indeed. I was on another app on iPhone with the same name. No wonder. I would think there's copyright infringement with the names? Just saying.
Your app is the best, without doubt.
But ... I now surely downloaded the right app on iPhone. Your app indeed. And there for Premium it says again: restore purchases ... couldn't find. But I didn't buy the desktop Premium via Apple I guess.
How to go from here? Thanks. -
