Change the email address associated with my account

I would like to upgrade to premium, and although my personal email address is listed in my profile settings, when I try to buy subscription, an old work email account is listed and requires password in order to make payment. Unfortunately
I no longer have access to this email account. Can you advise how I might remove or edit this to the correct one? -
@Naomix Hi, may I ask what device do you use to purchase the Premium? We usually third party services for purchases (AppStore, Google Play and Fastspring) for subscription management and it looks like your old email is a part of one of these.
