Layer Data Not Availible

Please see photos attached regarding data not availible in the app. I have reinstalled the app and logged into my premium account but the problem still presist. My photo icon is also unavailible.

@Jacques-Wes HI, is possible that you use McAfee app in the same device? We know that their feature Safe browsing blocks a lot in our app.

Hello. Thanks for the help. I actually do have that installed, but ive had both for over two years now. Any idea on how to fix it?

@Jacques-Wes Did you try to turn the McAfee off? I would like to see if this is the cause for nonworking WIndy.
Also, they probably released certain update few weeks ago, since any of our older versions doesn't work now.

I turned off safe browsing on McAfee and the app works fine. I tried to add windy to trusted browsing but McAfee doesn't allow me. -
@Jacques-Wes I am sorry, but we don't have any way how to handle this, so you can have both apps running now. But we don't add anything risky at all, we are not sure what exactly they block.
