Inquiry about image usage request

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Yoshiko TAKADA of TV MAN UNION, a Japanese TV production company.
We are producing a documentary program call "Gutto! Sports"
and we are introducing yacht racer KOJIRO SHIRAISHI .
In this time, our company and Japan Broadcasting Corporation (Non-profit broadcast system like a BBC)., are co-prodroducing a TV documentary program about yacht racer, especially focus on KOJIRO SHIRAISHI.
SHIRAISHI used app " Windy" for yacht race. In this time we would like to use image of "Windy".
Broadcast date on the 24th April, 2017. re-run once.We would like to know if it is possible to use it, and any condition to use it.
