Radar bug/flaw in northern Dobrudzha (southeast Romania)??

Hello,
I seem to notice that there's almost always some radar reflectivity blue to yellow-orange (0-50dBz) signal in southeast Romania, despite a clear weather and no clouds. I live a few km from the area and there almost 'looks' like there's rain or storm there. What's the issue? -
@Boven-HD It's extremely annoying even two years later. Those weather radars should be extrapolated by the app itself. It's really disgrace that no one replied to the such obvious glitch albeit fixed it.

@dejan_ Hello, we get these data from the provider so we cannot affect this. We have some post-processing, but we don't want to affect correct data.

@Suty maybe get another provider, unified with all others? Thanks for the response. Appreciated.

@dejan_ We use the official national source from Romania. But we use a different filter to have same data over the whole map.
