High Water

Hi Dear, I am your member subscriber, I just wonder in Phnom Penh have high water about 4pm but Almost whole day very hot and no rain at all, How can I trust on your App any more?

@idefix37 yes, I am living in Phnom Penh Cambodia, I checked the weather in windy app and the app saw the water 11mm but in my City Phnom Penh Cambodia is very hot and no rain at all, do you understand what I meant? I can sent you the app screen shot.

I understand now what you mean.
Weather models are forecasting stormy weather over Phnom Penh. The Weather radar start showing some rain and lightning.
