the maps look low rez anyway to make them look more like google maps satalite maps where you can see the buildings and land marks clearly as if you were there?

@Talthan HI, there is no plan to use background map similar to Google Maps, we use Mapy.cz for this.
Regarding Stormpulse, I don't know exact differences, but you can check our Premium features here.
