iOS has too many automatic popups.

I want to be able to look at the synoptic weather/wing on my iPad, but every time I pan a bit, or touch the screen, I get new automatic popups. Yes, I can set it to go away after 3s, but still very distracting.

The display needs to calm down.

In iOS if you use 2 fingers to touch the screen to move the map you will not get any pop up.
