@Suty I do have McAfee. But why would I have to remove it to use Windy? Does make sense to me to give up security. Are there plans to fix Windy

@heavenat48 Unfortunately, we made some tests and it looks like they added certain function into their Safe browsing tool, which blocks some functionalities in our app. We tested older versions and it has to be on their end, since they had problem with their app as well.

@Suty my McAfee app only does virus scans. Not vpn or safe browsing.

@heavenat48 So you have these features turned off for 100%, correct? If you do, please still test Windy with McAfee turned off to see if that is the reason or not. Please let us know.

@Suty I un installed McAfee & rebooted the phone. Still have a no data Grey screen
Doesn't seem McAfee is the issue -
@heavenat48 Okay, this si not a positive info now. However, McAfee is definitely an issue since many users confirms that Windy starts to work then and I also tested it and it has an affect on Windy. Is it possible that you use any other app that could affect this? Anything running on the background?

@Suty a new development.. I live in Delaware USA. I was in New Jersey this weekend & the app worked fine. Now back in Delaware & the app is Grey screen again. ???
