I wanted to zoom in on the map in Windy while using Chrome.

After zooming, Windy is permanently stuck with showing a crazy large font and the map is inaccessible behind:

I've deleted the cookies and restarted the MacBook, but nothing restores Windy. I can no longer use it in Chrome. Does anyone have any suggestions as how I might be able to restore the Windy site to a normal appearance? It works fine in Safari with my login, so it isn't my settings.

      Thank you for any help!

@rfarley Hi, I would recommend checking the settings of Chrome, they usually offer a zoom function and I think that resetting this to default value should help.

@Suty thank you for responding. The chrome settings have zoom set to 100% and the site cookies were eliminated. Crazy enough, even in incognito mode I get the same super zoomed screen.

Do you know if there is a way to reach out directly to Windy.com for support?

@Suty Actually, I looked further and found their support email address. My apologies for asking a community member something I could find myself by searching my old emails!

@rfarley No problem to post this here, I manage email messages as well. However, I am not sure how this can be fixed. Did you try to use different browsers?

@Suty thanks for responding. Yes, as I wrote in my original description of the problem, it works fine in Safari.

@Suty if you want to try to replicate the problem, what I did was click on the map and then held down the Cmd key while clicking on the +/= key to zoom. Resetting the zoom or zooming back does nothing. I never had that issue before.

I even get it when using Chrome Incognito mode. In addition to Safari, I also just tried Firefox. It seems to work fine with Firefox also.

@rfarley I am afraid that this is related to the Chrome issue on your end. I would like to help you, but I am not able to replicate this on my end.
