Double Payment

Hi there.
My account has been charged twice.
The initial PayPal payment has shown as failed on the app and so used credit card instead - but now it appears both PayPal and credit card payments have gone through and so I now have two subscriptions on my account.
Please can the PayPal payment be refunded and this attached subscription be cancelled (I only need the one subscription for my one account)Thanks in advance

I have the exact same problem.
I tried to pay with PayPal, but this did not seem to be successful. Therefore I repeated the payment (also with PayPal).Now both PayPal payments are registered as successful. Can you refund one of the payments?

Hi windy, I have same exact problem, and also my account is still not premium but you've got doubled annual payment, please refund me one of these and change my membership on premium. thanks in advance
