HOVERING
-
First I have been a member of Windy.com for over 10 years. I find that the information and the forecasts you provide are more accurate than that of NOAA. Whenever I see a weather event approaching Syracuse, NY I go to your site to get what is really going to happen.
The real reason why I am submitting feedback is for information I tried to obtain today, I found it BUT since the color was in the 3 foot range I could not get a closer estimate of the rain that we are going to receive from Tropical Storm Debbie this weekend based on your Hurricane Tracker.
**I guess, what I am recommending that you develop a hovering mechanism so that when I hover the mouse point over the Syracuse area, a small popup window would open up and show the estimated; rainfall , wind, snow, etc. based upon the map you are using rather than trying to interpret what color I have on the forecast and match to the legend.
**For example, today, I was looking at the Tracker for Tropical Storm Debbie and trying to determine the wind and rain we were going to on Sunday/Monday. At first look it looked like 3 feet but depending on the shade of pink it could be 1.5 inches of rain.
Perhaps there is a way to do that today, But I can not locate it.
Please let me know.

Hello,
You can't hover the map with your mouse to see the values displayed on the pointer.
But you can click on the map and keep your finger pressing the left button of your mouse to drag the weather picker where you want. The values will be displayed continously in the weather picker.
