      How do I cancel my premium subscription? I have purchased it on your website but the link from "My Subscriptions" leads to page with message "site not available"
      In fact I did not realize the subscription was on auto renew. I thought it was an annual subscription but it auto renewed. I do not need the subscription so if possible please cancel and issue a refund. If not then please cancel so that it does NOT auto renew next year!
