Translations of the "About these data" tab

2 years ago I wrote about it, you promised to add it to Crowdin. But haven't added it yet. There is no translation of the data description for air quality data and others. Thanks!

@cloudy_ Hi, you are right that Crowdin is missing many texts from our app and I already pushed this to colleagues. It looks like a bit a long-term project, but I hope it will start soon
