Accessing by mobile was not good condition.

Hi.
I'm using windy Apps in my iphone(iphone 13mini) always. But recently it works not good. Sometime it was black out like the picture I attatched.
When I accessed windy.com by pc, it worked very well. But I guess accessing by mobile has something wrong around networking. It was very slow. This issue started from last month.
Please address this issue.
