A Low Quality METAR?

Take a look at this:
It is obvious that a rain has fallen in this location, but, it has not been detected by the airport weather station!
But, the synoptic report has stated the rain already.
And another case is something like this:

I think this METAR has a low quality and it is quite dangerous to rely on it or any similar low quality METAR for aviation or anything else; because I have noticed that deficient in accuracy for some METARs.
I don't know where to report this issue, so, I have decided to discuss it here in the community to get some useful inputs. I suggest making a sort of classification for METARs to determine which ones to rely on and which ones not. -
@Ahmed-A-AS Hi, we still need to mention that we talk about stations data, and many of these stations are added by our users and we cannot check where and how these stations are used.

@Suty But, these are official stations not personal, how can Windy users add these stations?
