      Hi all,

I'm a consultant in the middle of setting up an extreme weather conditions alert system for my customer. I'm no expert in IT so please bear with me as my questions may be very vague.

      1. We've defined extreme weather conditions as extreme heat, cold, rain etc and it seems that the [Weather Alert] tab on Windy.com gives an overview map of alerted regions (in red and yellow) with corresponding advisory messages. Is there a way for me to acquire this data through one of Windy's APIs?

      2. We're using Google Map for our extreme weather alert system and if we were to use Windy's Map Forecast API, will we be able to download the layer data from the Map Forecast API, and adopt them into our Google Map?

If questions 1 and 2 are not available, is there a way for me to acquire the data on [Weather Alert] tab by each latitude/longitude or by each country?

      Thanks for reading.

Hi there, Thank you for your reply.

Regarding my question number 1, how would I be able to utilitze the Weather Alert function via your API service?

Will it be possible for me to acquire the Weather Alert data by making requests with certain countries and/or certain lat/long?

          Best,
          Chris Kim
