I can't renew my subscription

Windy keep telling me that it has problems to renew my subscription.
I can't renew my subscription. FastSpring won't send an e-mail. I tried it for a hundred's time over the last few days. No spam, no bin, and the e-mail I put in can't be more correct.
What am I going to do?

Same here. Got a premium subscription til August, 24th. Windy App is warning me about this but by clicking the button it takes me to the App store and there is no way to renew the premium subscription....
