Combined dopler radar and satellite layer?

Is there a combined precipitation radar and satellite layer? If not would it be possible to develop one please.

@mostino There's a layer called "Radar+" now. It includes radar and satellite imagery together.
Available on the browser and mobile app (at least the android version).
