Windy is already my go to weather app, and with the new Radar + added to the features, it's like POW!!! That's Windy App setting the bar so high that all those other so called weather apps just got blown into the twilight zone. I rely on Windy app every day for work and leisure activities. Living at the beach I rely on current and forcast weather in and around my location for fishing, flying my drone, chillaxing on the beach, and planning for all of my outside work I have to schedule throughout the week. Since I've been exploring Radar + I can't stop exploring. I was trying to decide if I liked the Blue, Vis, or Infr best but all awesome!! Too bad when you open the app it doesn't play the song "Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer. Thanks Windy App for all the hard work, can't wait to see what's next!

Radar+ is a great addition, especially with all of the options! I've been trying the Blue, visible, and Infrared options and can't decide which one I like the most. I see the different details each one displays. Only item I had an issue with was with the "Rain accumulation" setting trying to go back to the Radar+ display. The rain amount remained on the map and the radar was stuck in loading mod. I got it unstuck by going to the standard radar display and waited a few seconds, then went to the Radar+ display. I've been using Windy app on all my tablets and this phone for years, because I didn't get accurate radar from other weather apps I tried. Please, please keep this app great!!! Thank you for your great work!!!

Cool product, unfortunately Satellite and Radar view doesn't work very well over New Zealand.

@Polina-Nozdrina The Radar+ feature is a really nice addition to an already incredible weather app. Every time I show it to someone they are impressed, not only with the depth of available tools and features, but also with the intuitive user interface. Thank you for all the hard work building and maintaining this awesome product.

Windy dares to go where no weather app has ever gone before.

Awesome and kudos for providing an option to view just either data source. I think the combination is the most useful way to go, but sometimes you want just raw data and luckily windy provides.

Od zawsze myślałem że Windy jest najlepszą aplikacją od prognozowania pogody i nie da się nic więcej. A tu niespodzianka i Windy sama siebie pokonała i podniosła poprzeczkę na HIGH LEVEL! Bravo! Życzę dalszych sukcesów i SUPER pomysłów!

Radar+ is a great addition. It will make it possible for me to see both of the views I like to see without switching back and forth. The ability to correlate the two views is a welcome addition.

Thanks for the new tool. I'm a sailing instructor and use windy every day. Now I started to engage myself intensively in meteorology. The new radar tools are perfekt for analysis and comprehension of the observations.

The new radar+ features look amazing at a macro level zoom. County or state size scale, or a whole country. Zooming into see local weather at say a city level, the satellite layer becomes a bit too vague and then it is better to switch it off.

I do like the new Radar+ feature, however it keeps crashing when I try to play the animation.

I assume it’s still in beta, so looking forward to official release.

Ik vind Windy een perfecte app ik gebruik hem voor het vliegvissen en dat doet hij geweldig mooi. Vooral met inzoomen. Ook erg goed met de mogelijkheid om verschillende lagen te zien. Al met al een topper van een weer app.

(Edited to remove my original question -- figured it out)

I have been using windy since it's inception as monitoring of weather is part of my job in the ports authority to plan for any incoming inclement weather disturbances and the probable typhoon's path. It was my source of data during Super Typhoon "Odette" that directly hit my workplace at PPA- Ubay in the Philippines. That was my Fiat time to experienced being in a strong typhoon and the eye of the storm that lasted more than half an hour. The devastating effects of a super tyhoon was massive where all the trees lost its leaves and flattened all the structures near the beach.
The ports corner concrete bulkhead was tossed a 100m from its original location.
Without windy.tv I could nit possibly knew where the super typhoon Odette would hit.
Thanks windy.tv for my your help!❤️💪👍👏
